UOC Mental Health Frosinone-Alatri-Anagni-Sora

The UOC Mental Health District A-B-C is a complex structure within the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Disorders.

The structure is responsible for coordinating, through the Mental Health Centres, all the territorial activities that operate in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric diseases. The services are provided not only in outpatient clinics but also in integration with family doctors, local authorities and institutions. The operators also intervene in the patient’s family or work environment in order to facilitate their complete social reintegration.

The recipients of the Mental Health UOC are all users for whom a psychopathological disorder is diagnosed that can alter, in a pejorative sense, the quality of life, with any social problems.

Services / Activities provided

The services provided by the Mental Health UOC are as follows:

  • interview and psychiatric visit;
  • interview and psychological examination;
  • psychotherapies;
  • administration of psychodiagnostic tests;
  • interview and take charge of the company;
  • administration of specific therapies at the Mental Health Centre and at the user’s home;
  • family interviews;
  • interventions in the event of acute cases and admissions to specialised wards;
  • placement in semi-residential and residential structures;
  • job placements;
  • contacts with local bodies and institutions;
  • relations with the Third Sector and social volunteering

How to access

The methods of access to the CSM (Mental Health Centre) are as follows:

  • direct access;
  • access upon referral by the Primary Care Physician;
  • reception interview for the analysis of the request

The UOC Mental Health District A-B-C is open to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11.00 to 12.00.

Frosinone Mental Health Centre

The main purpose of the CSM of Frosinone is to promote mental health through projects and interventions aimed at the prevention, care and assistance of Users in the territory to which they belong.

Recipients

The recipients of the Mental Health Centre of Frosinone are all Users with psychiatric and psychological problems and with any problems of a social nature.

Services / Activities provided

The services provided by the Mental Health Centre of Frosinone are as follows:

  • diagnostic-therapeutic activities;
  • individual psychotherapy, family and couples psychotherapy;
  • outpatient and home visits;
  • personalised social rehabilitation programmes;
  • psychopharmacological treatments;
  • placement in Affiliated Care Homes and Therapeutic-Rehabilitative Communities and verification of therapeutic continuity;
  • reports, certifications, forensic medical advice;
  • institutional relations at local and national level

How to access

The Mental Health Center of Frosinone is a Service with direct access and at the address of the General Practitioner. The CSM provides outpatient, domiciliary and emergency services.

Ceccano Mental Health Centre and Ceprano Dispensing Point

The CSM of Ceccano and Ceprano Dispensing Point is the operational structure aimed at directing, coordinating and managing the activities of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of discomfort and mental disorder for the population over the age of 18, with particular attention to serious disorders.

Recipients

The recipients of the services offered by the CSM are adult citizens who require specialist intervention for the treatment of a discomfort or a mental disorder. The CSM carries out planned outpatient and domiciliary interventions for citizens living in its territory on opening days and times (Territorial competences. CSM Ceccano: Ceccano, Amaseno, Patrica, Castro dei Volsci, Villa Santo Stefano, Vallecorsa, Giuliano di Roma; Ceprano Delivery Point:Ceprano, Strangolagalli, Pofi, S. Giovanni Incarico, Falvaterra, Pastena).

Services / Activities provided

The services provided by the CSM of Ceccano and Ceprano Dispensing Point are as follows:

  • acceptance of the application, diagnostic evaluation, elaboration of personalized therapeutic projects;
  • realization of individualized care paths, implemented through psychotherapeutic treatments (individual, family or group), psychiatric and pharmacological treatments;
  • interventions aimed at the identification and early treatment of situations at risk;
  • active care and intensive territorial treatments for patients with limited adherence to treatments, also carried out through home interventions and in the context of the patient’s life;
  • social service and network interventions aimed at social and work reintegration, also carried out in collaboration with the social private sector.

The citizen can directly access the Mental Health Centre of territorial relevance by contacting the staff of the operating unit that sets the appointment of the visit, communicates the name of the specialist, any cost, the methods of payment of the service and further necessary information.

The CSM of Ceccano and Ceprano Dispensing Point opens to the public on the following days and times:

Alatri Mental Health Centre

The purpose of the Alatri CSM is the territorial coordination of all prevention, treatment and rehabilitation interventions for citizens with psychiatric diseases. The Center is headed by a multiprofessional team consisting of at least 1 Psychiatrist, 1 Psychologist, 1 Social Worker and 1 Professional Nurse for the definition of appropriate therapeutic-rehabilitative and social-rehabilitative programs with a view to the integrated approach with outpatient, home, network and residential interventions in the strategy of therapeutic continuity.

Recipients

The recipients of the services offered by the CSM are citizens with psychiatric problems and their families.

The services provided by Alatri’s CSM are as follows:

  • specialist outpatient and home visits;
  • psychotherapy and psychodiagnosis;
  • social assistance;
  • nursing care;
  • prevention activities;
  • rehabilitation activities;
  • consultancy activities: general practitioners, hospital wards and border services (geriatrics, addictions, maternal and child, Courts, etc.)

How to access

The citizen can access the Alatri Mental Health Centre in these ways:

  • in case of urgency: immediate and non-formal access;
  • in the case of a programmable activity: with the commitment of the attending physician and with reservation

The Alatri CSM is open to the public on the following days and times:

  • from Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 14.00;
  • thursday 08.00 – 20.00

Anagni Mental Health Centre

The Mental Health Centre of Sora Ambulatorio Atina c/o Casa della Salute aims to protect the mental health of the relevant population.

The purposes of the service are as follows:

  • taking charge of Major Psychopathological Disorders;
  • prevention and treatment of mental discomfort and stigma;
  • therapeutic and rehabilitation activities;
  • individualized recovery and social reintegration projects

Recipients

The recipients of the Mental Health Centre of Sora Atina Outpatient Clinic are all users suffering from psychological and psychiatric disorders, in reference to the adult population (from 18 years of age onwards).

The services provided by the Sora Atina Outpatient Mental Health Centre are as follows:

  • psychiatric examination;
  • clinical, psychological interview;
  • psychotherapy;
  • medico-legal investigations;
  • standardized assessment;
  • social interview;
  • nursing and drug administration;
  • therapeutic/rehabilitative stays;
  • domiciliary activity;
  • group training with family members;
  • social and health integration activities

The methods of access to the Sora Atina Outpatient Mental Health Centre are as follows:

  • on appointments booked at the CSM with the commitment of the attending physician;
  • free access for hospitality, emergencies and emergencies;
