The company organization, in its articulations, must provide for the separation of the clinical line, whose governance is entrusted to the Clinical Management Departments, from the healthcare one, whose governance is proper to the Operational Structures of the Health Professions, which, for this purpose, can be aggregated in the Department of Health Professions.
This Department is expected since the acquisition of the reference Healthcare Manager is already planned, although the Operational Structures are not present at the moment, and in the hope of achieving an organisational model by constituting a Structure with management autonomy, owner of address, organisation and coordination management of nursing, obstetric and rehabilitation staff, health technician and prevention technician, as well as care support operators operating in the Company.
The Department of Nursing, Midwifery and Technical Health Professions of Prevention Rehabilitation is a structure with management autonomy, owner of address, direction, organization and coordination of related resources with the aim of contributing to the process of responding to the needs of citizens and providing essential levels of assistance within the process of promotion, maintenance and recovery of the health of the person.
In this regard, the Department of Nursing, Midwifery and Technical Health Professions of Prevention Rehabilitation develops and proposes to the Company Management organisational and care models, methods and tools for programming, management and verification of nursing, midwifery, technical, rehabilitation and prevention activities. It ensures, in compliance with professional autonomy and management responsibilities, collaboration and integration with the different professions within the various company divisions. It promotes actions and interventions aimed at humanising care, taking care of patients and continuity of care.

The Director of the Department of Nursing, Midwifery and Technical Health Professions of Prevention Rehabilitation receives an appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
