UOC General Affairs and Legal Business Support

UOC General Affairs and Legal Support is a UOC within the Technical Administrative Area with the following tasks:

  • management and monitoring of organisational and technological processes related to the corporate documentation-dematerialisation system
  • management of company administrative measures (adoption, registration, publication, transmission of resolutions and management administrative measures)
  • management of the general IT protocol
  • consultancy – online register
  • management of the repertoire for the registration of contracts
  • management of activities related to the formalisation of agreements with universities, specialisation schools, secondary schools and other public and private institutions for the purpose of carrying out internships and training internships

Services / Activities provided

The services provided by the General Affairs and Legal Support UOC structure are:

  • management and monitoring of organisational and technological processes relating to the company’s documentary system – dematerialisation;
  • governance of the process relating to the adoption of company administrative acts. Management of the process of the Resolutions of the Director General (adoption, registration, publication, filing, transmission of the deliberative acts);
  • management of company document flows. Management of the General IT Protocol and management of its Archive;
  • management of the repertoire for the registration of contracts and agreements;
  • monitoring agreements, memoranda of understanding, active and passive agreements with other Healthcare Companies and/or Hospital Companies and/or other Institutional, public or private Bodies and/or Bodies;
  • institutional correspondence with the Region and with the other institutional bodies – Investigative acts relating to inquiries and interpellations concerning the activity and competences of the Structure;
  • relations with the Board of Statutory Auditors; forwarding counter-claims and reply to the requests made by the Board of Statutory Auditors; forwarding reply to the findings made by the Board of Statutory Auditors; preparation of a periodic report on the progress of the dispute in accordance with Regional Law;
  • relations with the Court of Auditors; reporting, investigation and management of consequential obligations relating to the decisions of the Court of Auditors;
  • preparation of the acts of conferment of defensive assignment to internal lawyers by the General Manager;
  • preparation of the acts of conferment of defensive assignment to external lawyers by the General Manager and acquisition of the documentation necessary for the completion of the same;
  • keeping a short list of external lawyers;
  • transmission to external lawyers of the documentation necessary for the establishment of the Company, as delivered by the competent and interested Company Structures from time to time;
  • correspondence with external lawyers in the course of the case;
  • investigation relating to the fees of external company lawyers and anti-statistical counterparty lawyers and also of the same to the competent structures for the purpose of liquidation;
  • extrajudicial administrative activity of debt collection following judgments in favour of the Company and sponsored by the External Company Lawyers of the Free Forum;
  • preparation of the acts of appointment of the Technical Consultants of the Party;
  • acquisition of the documentation necessary for the completion of the assignment of the C.T.P.;
  • settlement of parcels in favour of the CC.TT UU.;
  • administrative support to the Claims Assessment Committee (C.V.S.);
  • management of administrative profiles of employee legal aid requests and settlement of reimbursements.
