A European tender is called for an open procedure and in telematic mode to be carried out through the S.Tel.l @ telematic platform of the Lazio region, for the assignment of the supply, divided into 18 lots, of systems composed of machines and reagents for the needs of the analysis laboratories of the asl of Frosinone, for the duration of three years, for a total estimated cost at auction of € 18,297,000.00
The procedure will be awarded with reference to lots no. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,14,15,16,17,18 by applying the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 2 and paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree no. 18 April 2016. 50 – Code of public contracts (hereinafter: Code), while, with reference to lot no. 13, by the criterion of the lowest price, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, of the Code.
